Situated on the south east corner of the hall, Arni is the only second floor apartment that is self contained.

The galley kitchen is compact with its own dining area, although there is another table in the living room, which could be used for dining. The bedrooms are both twin, with one easily converted into a double. The separate lounge is entered through one of the bedrooms and is a large room with windows on three walls. It has a sofa, three armchairs, book shelves, writing desk and wood-burning stove and is a delightful sitting room for a quiet evening or an evening with friends or family. There is a step in the doorway to the lounge which may cause problems to people with limited mobility.

A central corridor links the three apartments on the second floor of the Hall (Styche, Montfort and Arni). These apartments can be block booked, with the addition of three extra bedrooms, to sleep groups of up to 25 people. The additional bedrooms consist of a single bedroom (William) which costs £60, and the twin bedroom (Margaretta) which costs £80 and a quadruple bedroom (Lawrence) which both cost £100, regardless of length of stay or season.
